Just be patient.
That book has a lot of governmental/political meanings. It also, apparently, has a lot to say about human nature - so stick with it. I absolutely love that book. Though I totally hate the way it ended. Ugh... This book actually induced me to write about three poems about it. You can check them out in my page if you haven't already. But if you haven't read the entire book, then don't because I don't want to betray the ending. Suven. |

Don't listen to people who say Lord of the Flies is a boring or waste-of-your-time book. They are obviously the ignorant types.
So what do you think of it so far? I was thinking back and I actually had to read this book twice in my educational career: in 9th grade and again in 12th grade. Suven! |
