Thanks for the comment on "I'm just..." There were, in fact, supposed to be two different types of imagery in poem. I wanted the different aspects of personality to convey a different idea. Once again, thank you.
Luck! ~Clover |

thanks for your comments. i have to be honts, and say i dont mind dentists. i just hate their organizational skills.
the virtual wolrd isnt that bad, but when you start letting it rule your life, and pul apart your relationships, then it becomes a problem. that was what i was trying to point out. |

Thanks for reading and commenting on "Bon Louisiana". I appreciate the complement and in some indirect way I do get paid for writing, but unfortunately it's usually a contract form of some kind. This was written before Katrina but bad weather is something that happens to everyone from time to time.

WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND YOU SOME photos of "rotted mansion" in san Jose's old Naglee park, my home was built in 1912, by these odd archtiects, Wolfe and MacKenzie, so it is mix of cottage, victorian and Craftsman...it was beinjg used as an illegal oard and Care ffor persons with mental problems esp drug and alcoholl caused perrmanent changes...toilets were loose and not bolted to the floors, etc..but it had such good details that I bought it and saved it from the wrecker's ball. Boy, did i underestimate the amount of work..neew electric, new plumbing, new floors, rebuilt alll the front windows with period stained glass from Belgium new kitchen , baths and fences and driveway and....the list goes on...it was overwheling and i did it all with salvagfe...Now it has come alive and has a new great energy.
Since the neighborhood was a bit dingy i painte it from a peeling grey...needed to be hand stripped and sanded and now it is a brillliant yelow with olive and sage and sky blue trim...wonderful...downtown has turned around and I really love my old home... cannot attach pics here but can send you if feel like sending yer email peace, Steve |
