It may be two days and it may be two weeks. That's what sucks the most, not knowing when she's leaving. Not knowing when our last time to hang out by the pool at Sherouk will be. I don't even know if we'll get to see Pirates of the Carribean together.

College starts in less than a month. And I won't be able to call her to bring me nail polish remover when I'm in class. We won't accidentally wear the same shirt on the same day, we won't have breakfast at Beano's.

You say you'll still stay close, stay in touch. Create livejournal accounts, email everyday, voice chat every week. But you have to know that's not true. She's lived in five different states in the past 18 years, and she doesn't stay in touch with any of her old friends. She may be used to it, but I'm not.

I wanted to comment on Fragments of Confusion but for some reason I can't. I actually liked it and think it is your best piece. It wasn't forcefully rhymed... actually.. there was none. It was all flow. That was the first non-rhyming poem in the format of 1-3 and 2-4 line rhyming that I've read on this site.

Great job. Keep it up... Just do what you've done in that piece!
