I'm working full time again at a very difficult school. I endure each day, but the money's good, so I just look at the kids and think 42" plasma TV, holiday in Fiji, etc. Not a lot of poetry in my life. I could submit a few poems. I could write journal entries, but in all honesty I would find it very difficult to comment on anybody's poetry. I could always have commented on Emeya's work. That was one talented young lady who got into my mind and soul. When she left this web site, she took my stimulus to write poetry with her. However, as my days in front of hormonally challenged, illiterate teenagers get me down, I might return to poetry and even to commenting on it for solace. Love Arthur
hey Lynn! i just wanted to share this picture with you. a few weekends ago, my neighborhood kids came over to hang out.. we ended up having a flour and potato-flake fight!! you shoulda seen the look on my roommate's face when she walked into the living room the next morning! priceless.. we cleaned it up good, tho.. but occasionally we still find some flakes hiding in corners and things.. it sure was fun though, just being a kid again and doing something goofy!!
Dear Mister/Miss/Otherwise Lynn, We did have an excellent sewer system, but a dull-looking anteater came and ruined everything! The water flooded our home, and most of the carnival rats perished. You're invited to the funeral, if you do so wish to go. You mustn't mourn their company, however. They were more scaly than furry, really.
