Thank you for taking the time to read my poem, I appreciate it. Tripod of well being refers to the triangle of well-being, which includes mental, emotional, and physical health. We are considered fully healthy when all three areas are meet, or at least that's what I was taught in health class back in the olden days when I was in high school. Well thanks again.
