Mood: worried about the future of Americans
News reports and the media are always telling us how another person was murdered or how many people got DUIs over the holidays or how many people of each race are locked up.
Did you know that as of today, in America, there are approximately 1 in every 99 people who are incarcerated?
This is a scary statistic. It tells us the percent of each race that is imprisoned; this makes us think of stereotypes, which evidently still causes us to discriminate.
What will this all lead to? Anarchy comes to mind. The fall of American Democracy comes to mind.
Once there are so many people imprisoned, who will be left but law enforcement? The number of prisoners compared to the number of law officers has a great difference.

Legalize Weed?

thanx for the comnt, you were close to right. umm it was me looking at other people's relationships. how they are happy for a time and they for get about the world around them, they no longer hear the rain or thunder because they only focas on eachother.and at the end relastion ships never last.
that sux! anyway, thanx for commenting on 'the typewriter' it's already one of my favorites. it was mostly inspired by the shins. i don't technically have music written down, just a tune in my head for it featuring mainly a acoustic guitar and a tamborine.
wow, that took forever for you to get back to me! i wrote like 8 things! they no longer all fit on the page! ahhh!...i think i've calmed down a bit. ahhh! no i haven't!!!! okay i'm done hehe. i already got THAT about the parenthese(or however you spell that) i just didn't know WHY you would want to sum up the lines. anyway, you should read my new things. not sarcasm though, it kinda sucks. i shouldn't say that, but it really isn't my favorite.
