Thank you for your comments on Icy Chill. I chose those subjects for reasons. Red light, because of how much time is wasted there. School yard because at least 13 years of everyone's life is wasted there. Every hour before I have work, I devote that hour to not doing anything but prepping myself for work, it's like I should get paid, and working itself gets in the way of life and hitting the snooze alarm, because those ten minutes could be spent being thankful for/celebrating life.

I like the way you broke it up a little more, lends to the flow quite well. The damned thing kinda takes my breath away everytime I read it.
It's on my fave list because it's one of 2 poems I've read on here that I really love. For me poems are nothing if they don't tell a story while evoking strong emotions, you must have both, or it falls flat. Your piece is anything but flat mon frere.
Sadly I am not a Vampire,lol.Though I would love to be one. I guess there are far to many myths and beleifs to actually no Vampires true life style, and details. Some consider them ugly and horrible, them sucking blood to be pure pain. And others think them to be romantic, and their bite orgasmic.*shrugs* I guess its up to the preson beliveing, to choose what exaclty to belive.
