10-14 You are very close in your description, but some things are just rants and that was one. There is no resolution, for sometimes there is not resolution to be had from bureaucracy. This is a disability piece but I did not want to couch it as such. Basically it was a rant at my son's school thus the learned being unlearned, and not all men being created equally (at least in some aspects)
