    Description:
this is a rather crappy song-like poem about my insane obsession. i can't stop thinking about the things i do or say that didn't go very well. i think about them for weeks to months. over the winter i wrote something not very cool and i couln't stop thinking about it until last month. it drives me crazy...

    Stop. Rewind. Play.
    Over and over again
Review the events of the day
    Over and over again
    Neverending, unrelenting Play.
    I shouldn't have said that
    I couldnt' have a comback
    Back to that group chat
    Now replay that track
    Stop. Rewind. Play.
    Neverending, unrelenting Play.
    Video of my life, repeating
    Pary, class, house, frind
    Doing homework, talking, eating
    Watch it over again
    Stop. Rewind. Play.
    Neverending, unrelenting Play

You know what I do that's weird yet kinda similar? I'll say or think something...like, for instance a number or a phrase...and then I'll find myself, about 10 minutes later, just repeating it over and over to myself in my head.

Like, if the last number I typed when data entering is 4169 I'll just have 4169 4169 4169 4169 4169 4169 4169 4169 repeating itself in my head underneath the surface of my other thoughts and other things that I am doing...

Then I'll catch myself doing it and try to FORCE myself to stop, and it is Soooooo hard!!!

    Weird, I know...

Anyway...I really liked this. The flow and rhyme was great and the repetition of certain lines perfectly timed and placed.

    Good job!

I have the same problem. I go over and over things sometimes until I'm about to go mad! but I don't. eventually the video and audio changes and I move on. but I do know what you mean. the especially eventful things are the worst. I replay scenes with certain people over and over in my head. which doesn't change them at all. but it still goes on. I wish I could help. It's a good write about it though. shows it exactly how it is. maybe you're a cancer.

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
