    Sing into silence
    into an unavoidable void
    sing for joy
    sing for love
    sing for light
    sing for compassion
    sing for wisdom
    sing for change

    and listen in peace

This is nice, Kate. I'm always singing: sometimes it's an actual song, and sometimes I'm just making something up. I agree with Damien that singing is cathartic, and I like "unavoidable void." This reminds me of "Give Peace a Chance" for some reason, Amy

I liked this poem alot:had me thinking of the things we ask of the universe, but instead of asking you suggest we "sing it" which is actually really good because in that way we are rejoicing and praising the universe as well. the things you mention that we should sing for all really all this world needs right now in order the evaulate the circumstances we have placed ourselves in. I like your suggesting of "listen in peace"- i truly agree that we should be patient and the universe will answer all our praises (songs/request) in due time and all we have to do is listen peacefully.
    Really well, simplistically written

    Keep spreading the love

Nice, you know i like to sing, often times when i'm mad with violent tunes. Later i end up singing romantic songs, lol, funny you should only mention the positive aspect of wanting to sing. On the other hand i begin angry and end up laughing. A good refuge all in all. ~Vlad09
