i wrote this when i was in fifth grade, but it still means a lot to me. maybe it doesn't make much sense, but i enjoy it. it's basically about the constant isolation i feel, in that i feel so much but no one else seems to.

i bleed red blood, liquid ruby floods, vivid crimson color, red equals pain
no one sees it, no one knows
i smell the rot i always fought, people are dead inside and the odor of evil seeps out
no one smells it, no one knows
my heart can be touched, it doesn't take much, but no one feels or hurts or seems to know sorrow
no one feels it, no one knows
i taste myself dying, the flavor of lying, i can taste the destruction to come, devour my dying world
no one tastes it, no one knows
i scream so loud i've got to get out, i can cry or laugh with insanity and utter my doubts but
no one hears it, no one knows

    can't anyone sense it?

The repetition of the line 'no one hears, no one knows' is extremly powerful. I am surprised and impressed that you wrote this so young...as it reads so well. I find it hard to read your poetry as it makes me feel like what i write about is completely trivial to some of the feelings and emotions you articulate, once again I loved it~Sunset
