It’s reminiscent of a candle.
Burning brilliantly one moment then
Faint the next. Stands tall and firm at first, but
Then slowly starts to melt away until
nothings left at all. It's raging with light.
Put to darkness in seconds.
It has insides of liquid, that turn hard and cold.
Yet it can heat up to a point of self-destruction.
Can be reborn as quickly as destroyed.
Looked at with terror, or looked at as a symbol
Of hope.
Life so reminiscent of a candle…can we be
Extinguished as easily as it can?

Strange layout but the actual poem is very clever, it made me think, very original. Maybe think about re-ordering the lines and just editing it a bit so it flows more.

This is one really clever write
I have always had the same belief as well
A candle does begin life anew when it has burned out
It is like an instrument that lasts foever
Just like the Human Body
I really enjoyed this
I look forward to reading more new writes from you Blanca
God Bless

Please keep in touch!!!
