There are two kinds of people. Leaders, and followers. It makes me angry to even type this blog, because I despise followers. Followers are people who are born with no instinct, no sea legs, nothing to start off on. Leaders are born with a natural instinct, the instinct to strive to be the best, to be an individual, to create a stereotype for followers to follow. Since followers are born with no instinct, they follow the leaders' natural instinct. They copy the leaders instinct and potential and use it as their own. They will never be true leaders though. It's something you're born in to, not something you can learn.
But, the reality of it all is that without followers there would be no leaders. Leaders need followers to be leaders, or else they have nobody to lead. If they have noone to lead than they themselves become followers.
I can not stand followers. Though they can never truly be leaders, they can at least try to obtain something of themselves. Scrape the dignity they have left off the floor and start anew. Followers can never become true leaders. They can obtain the essence of leading though. Followers can follow followers, therefore giving them the right to leadership among the followers. Then, among them the leaders lead the following leaders who lead the followers, making leaders always on the top of the list. Always on top. They say it's lonely at the top. I say it has a great view.
You may think there are much more followers than leaders. But, no, it's actually quite different. There are many leaders in the world. In fact, in today's society there are many more leaders than followers. But then, there is that follower. And when you're all leaders you despise that follower because that follower is the only one who follows, and you don't want him following you. Then, you find the follwoer is following others and you get jealous in a way. You want that follower, you want him on your side. Once he is on your side you can't stand it, you feel as if your head will explode! That follower!
But, then there are so many followers also. I see them every day, and I despise it. Someone who gets on their needs a grobbles for attention basically. They do not strive for excellence, it is handed to them on a silver platter. They beg for everything, and they mess everything up. They get everything the leaders get, but easily. They do this in a simple way. They copy the leaders' actions, the one's they've strived to pertain, and with these actions they achieve everything the leaders have worked so hard to achieve, in mere moments. It's such a frustrating process that the leaders' have to deal with! These are the two kinds of people in this world we live in. You are either a leader or a follower, which are you?
