    -------------------------------------------

    Honey dribbles freely.
    Clear spun spirals
    saturated in honesty,
    satisfyingly mound a mountain
    that lands and slides
    into a golden pool
    of sweet reflections
    to be savoured
    and enjoyed.

    Seeking sleek explorers
    finger into fading folds
as lusty licks weave and gain leaverage
    into a heaving hive

Untasted and wasted, the sweetness of love hardens and becomes a sticky mess of bitterness.

    Queen bees sting!

I loved the idea of this write and you really brought this together quite well
    The last line is perfect!!
It sums up the whole write in 3 short words
    Great Job

Your firt stanza is filled with wonderful slow gooey images of the hone and then you twist to flirt with sensual images in the second. Your last strophe reminds us that it still needs to be tended to stay vital. The last line is a bit stark, but I have to say I agree with the sentiment...lol

I hope some drone is still making honey for you.

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
