    dotsIt Happensdots

    Roses are black
    Tears are red
    My blood flows free
And my heart is full of dread.

    You said hello
    I say goodbye
    Thanks to you
    I want to die.

    No more memories
    No more dreams
    All you'll hear now
    Is my high pitched screams.

You once said you loved me
You one meant what you said
But I'm glad I knew the truth
Before you got in my bed.

This is not about getting pregnant
This is not about getting an STD
This about what you said to me
After you said you loved me.

All the time I thought I knew you
    I only knew your mask.
You kept the truth from me
Even if I were to ask.

You keep trying to come back
You keep claiming you still care
But if I take you back
My chest will end up bare.

    You'll rip my heart out
    Like you did before
I want you to leave me alone
    And I ask no more.

I like the blunt truth of this poem! The only thing I can think of would be to be more symbolic and make it flow better
