    dotsSonnet to an Angeldots
    -------------------------------------------

    O blessed blood! Sweet vitae fills my lips,
    Awaiting raging fire, soft as sighs,
    The sharpest jolt, then rolling, closing eyes;
    The sudden magnetism of your hips.
    I'm preaching to an angel: What of this?
    A lover's fate, a dreamer late befell!
    Too beautiful... my words could never tell
    That I was yours, if only for a kiss.
    A cursed goodbye, before we say hello;
    You dodge another heartbreak as you go.

      when i read this, i picture a one night stand. sometimes we play lovers games and emotionally seperate ourselves from love and lust and thats what comes to mind when i read this. i like this because it doesn't come right out and bluntly express the meaning of this piece, it makes you think and interpret each line. nice job.

      Nicely done, I'm a sonnet fan. and you started this in the right language too.
    A Spenserian sonnet if I know my stuff, and I can't fault the form here, it's perfect.

    The two words I would look at are magnetism and dodge. They seem to bring it into the real world (for me at least) whereas the rest was a delighful Shakespearean-type fantasy.

    A lovely sonnet, those two ords are exceedingly minor things, and well done

    be happy
