    dotsHand of Matchesdots

    hand of matches
    via a viaduct
    south side entrance
    city limits of love
    the fingers touch
    softer than breath
    blown through a
    golden gateway
    sirens sounding
    racing across
    an aloneness
    bridge to her core
    awakened and
    alive with fire
    desire's inferno
    blows the embers
    and the flames lick
    as tongues of fire
    along her sides
    around the hills
    through the valleys
    and burning bush
    entering holy ground
    take off your shoes
    no fire fighting

Man, I was reaching for the extinguisher...lol. Very nicely done, you instill the fire and passion ans wanting without any real reference to carnal things, a neat trick.

Title...I don't know...how about "arsonist" ? lol "Firebug?" lol sorry just playin'

Sexual and sensuous with class, extra good stuff.

    be happy

Ooo, damn Chrys, this is too hot!! This is like the firey side of passion, and I love that you compared it to fire, because fire is passion! I love the different imagery you used to describe the person having sex here, and the whole poem was a really great metaphor, and it was like I was reading two stories in one. This really was an amazing write, and I am glad that you found the time to write it, and that your muse hasn't let you down. Amazing job.
    Peace, love, light, euphoria,

I had to read it twice to get what you were saying, but by george I got it. lol. What a way to explain causual sex and saying screw what is right or wrong. I loved the image of a big city fire and how it seems like strangers. I love the part about holy ground. As to say, now that they are about to have sex, show respect and trend lightly. Then the ending was great, don't bother to fight the feeling...have you been reading my old diaries? lol. great work Chyrstine!

Whew! IT's getting hot in here!

Very, very nicely done! Sensual without being crass, visual without being pornographic, emotive without screaming in our faces!

I must go take a cold shower now!

    Nicely done!
