Empty Nest

Yesterday i left my nest. So here i am looking for a place to rest. A place to clear my head. And a chance to seep in all the words you said. I get the since that you miss me. But i need to tell you, just leave me be. If destiny has any say i'll find my way back. So be warned because my return might sting like a smack. Don't worry Mama this journey will end soon. I'll be back in the nest before a new moon. Until then this bird will keep to herself and find out how far she was born to fly.
