It's not finished but I thought I would write about how disgusting I find celebrities these days. After alot of months thinking I was fat and unnatural, I finally came to the conclusion that it's not me who is unnatural it is the people we look to, to set an example who are unnatural.

    All comments welcome!!!!

    I know what you think
    When you look at me
    Judging my appearance
    Only what you can see

    I may not be fashionable
    I may not be cool
    At least I dress comfortably
    You look like a fool

    Don't call me fat
    You can't win this fight
Take a look in the mirror
    Those jeans you're wearing
    Are way to tight.

      great subject to tackle.

I think it is marvelous that you decided that society's perceptions are the problem...not you.

    I hate the so-called "skinny b*tches"

    I really like this poem!!!

lol That is awesome. I couldn't agree more.
It's so sad to see someone on TV and be able to say, "Hey, I like your ribs."
    Anorexic is not cute.

    "You look like a fool"

That made me giggle. It's funny because it's true.
I may be looking pretty darn frumpy, but at least I'm comfortable.

I really enjoyed this piece. It so weird that everywhere you look there are this freakin anorexic skinny people. It's really stupid . . . . . . . . . . . and some of the magazines are also idiotic for putting only skinny people in there.

    Anyways . . . . . . you did a great job.

    oh . . . . by the way . . . . . .you were wrong. . . . . this is a good piece. . . . . it's very realistic.

Its a good start but I feel you could go way farther with this? Anyway don't give up on this one. The world needs to hear this!!! We all get side tracked on how we are supose to look like, myself encluded. Great start now bring it how with some pride and tell the word its ok to be yourself.

poetically this isnt anything spectacular but your point is perfect and im glad you tackled it.
im glad you tackled it coz there are so many girls who live with the same ideas in their heads... the same pressure to be a certain way, act a certain way, look a certain way to the point of making themselves sick over it...

now... me... i LOVE the skinny leg jeans look... you know the 80s rocker look though i could never pull it off so i wont try... ill stick to my eclecticness thank you very much but i do understand what you are saying and im really glad you are saying it...

i am glad you are comfortable in yourself to make such a bold statement as this...
    big ups to you!
