    dotsSingular Couples Part 2dots

But what happens if that soulmate leaves. All couples that are reading this please pay attention. Do you think you've found your soul mate? Are you madly in love with a person, another human being? As said soul mates are one in a billion. There are six billion people in this world, does that mean we have six soul mates?

How do we know who our soul mate is?

People consult me about relationships all the time, and frankly I love helping them out because somehow I have all this good advice embedded into my brain on romance, and love. But, one question I get asked often is "How do I know they're in love with me?". Now, I've been in love, and I only have one way to tell you this. Somehow you should be able to feel it. Feel the person's love, their warmth, their feelings for you, and they should be able to feel the same feeling from you, if they are in love.
One thing that I find confuses people is the difference between love and in love. When you're in love it's the most spectacular feeling. You feel like you're floating, and everything is going fine and dandy. You feel if you don't grab onto something you might just float away. That's when you're in love with someone, and you make your whole life revolve around them.
But when you love someone it's actually very different. It's come to the point that love has actually been studied. It's noted as a need, a craving. You meet someone you like and almost like your favorite treat you crave it more and more. You want to learn more about them, have them learn more about you. And you might be best friends, you might even get married. But, soon enough the craving retreats just as it does with your favorite treat. You find yourself bored with the other person just because you know everything you need to know.
This is the difference between in love and just love. When your in love it does not dissapear unless the other person makes the feeling mutual. When you just love someone, the feeling ill dissapear. So next time you say your 'I love you's' think about it, do you love this person or are you really in love with the person. Trying saying "I'm in love with you" instead of the ever popular "I love you".
But, still, how do you know this person is your soul mate? Your soul mate is another matter, another unspoken of feeling. I don't know what it's called, but as a watered down version its being in love with someone, but you may not have any desire to be with them. As in, you want to be with them always, but maybe not in a compatible, dating, relationship.
Your soul mate......you might get married to your soul mate. Personally, I never want to get married. I want to be with someone just for the sake of wanting to be with them. And if I turn out an old swinger, I won't care, hopefully I will still have my friends with me always becuase my friends are with me through everything.
Here's an interesting fact. Did you know penguins spend all their lives searching for another penguin to lvoe and cherish, then spend the rest of their lives with them. Even penguins have soulmates, you have a soul mate, hell I even have a soul mate.
So, how do you know if a person is your soul mate? You know a person is your soul mate when you spend the rest of your life with them, even if it means being thousands of miles apart. You're soul mate is always there, you may just not know it. Good Night and Good Luck.
