    dotsMy Human Time Machinedots

What was it that I dreamt of last?
    Your embrace
    Maybe just your face
All I know is that it left me feeling serene
A calm I havenít felt since childhood
What a great time that was
    To be so care free
    You have brought me back
    My human time machine

I was most struck by the ambiguous "What a great time that was" and "human time" two double-meaning mentions of Time which made me read the poem again in a richer way with deeper feelings. That is a great success for a little poem; and even if you didn't do the ambiguity on purpose, you can use the technique in future after taking a close look at what you did by intuition!

I liked it, it sort of had a dreamy quality to it.
It made me feel like wanting to find my own human time machine, so I could feel that way..

Anyway, good write. I liked it.
