Will You? Interestingly enough, obese people, or, the 'fatasses' if you will, seemingly are percieved to be some kind of moniker of a man, or even a subordinate of humanity. In my lifelong observations, yet only recent realizations I've witnessed an entirely different manner in which people treat the 'pleasantly plump', or ' the pudgy' if you will. We often frame them in angles of peculiarity or hilarity. In other words; Fat people are funny. Take a stringy man with short pokla dot shorts being hurriedly doghandled by his leashed furry friend, until he trips on a crack in the sidewalk and falls flat on his face. Compare it to a sizeable, or 'big ass pile of fribble' if you will, doing the electric slide on national television. Falling down suddenly isn't funny. A ditzy woman reading the instruction booklet to a toaster oven arguably isn't as funny as a big boned or, 'giant sack of puss and cheese balls' if you will... =... chasing a burgler away screaming and woddling with a spatula in her hand. Is it? Lets face it. Whether we malnourished muddled up messes of strategically placed body fat, are ridiculing ourselves with yoga, kama sutra, karaoke, or silly little pee wee herman impressions, we will never be as funny as those plus-plus sized people, those x-large people, those big n tall people or those unaturally, proposteriously widened oaf people... (if you will.) -MyX |
I was hoping to read the comments and seeing "YOU'RE A CUNT. DON'T MAKE FUN OF FAT PEOPLE." But everyone likes it cos they're either skinny or are so fat that they don't want you to know. I've noticed a trend in my dating and I always end up with the big lads. I don't know why. I figure it's a intuitive, animalistic thing: He can protect me, or, I can eat him when the world ends. But it doesn't make them any less of a person until I eat them. But I like them anyway. I don't see a problem if they try to maintain their diets and control it. Because, in the end, we all know that overeating and being overweight is a health issue. No, they're not the funniest, they're not the butt of all jokes. Really, I laugh at everyone. | Posted on 2009-12-11 00:00:00 | by JenFlynn | [ Reply to This ] | OMFG!! I loved this poem so much!! I'm too busy with my enjoyment that I'm not going to even bother trying to find anything else worth commenting about in it. | My ex said is was, "excellently written, actually." (I had to read it to him!) You didn't seem to hold a damn thing back at all! When one says, "Who are you talking about?" when referring to a friend's name they do not recognize, one points out the most striking factor of that person. For me, the common one I am apt to say is, "The really fat guy." People try to tell me that that's a rude way to put it, but, from now on, I'm going to have to fight the urge to use some of your better descriptions! I envy the fact that you put this theory into such clever wording. All your negativity gives the world something worth reading. ^_^ Officailly a fave, my dear. -mo- | Posted on 2009-09-04 00:00:00 | by mojymo | [ Reply to This ] | Haha, 'big ass pile of friblle', I love it. Fat people are funny. Every fat person I know is funny as hell. Its like instead of being sexy, their funny. It makes up for their low points. I must say MyX, that for your first post in so many months this was great. So then, if fat people are funny, then what are skinny people? 'giant sack of puss and cheese balls'....lmao. I like at the end how you summed them up in different ways. 'plus-plus sized people' - hilarious. | You've always been the funny one here at ES MyX, and this just proves it.
