cant think of a title....maybe you can?

Whats the definition of real when words are fake,
Spoken from the lies of truth and a life of fate,
Destinies don't exist in the eyes of reality,
But devastations abuse the means of brutality,
The thoughts of an honest mind of commonality,
But the false testamony exceeds in all actuality,
But why do lies become a way of life in a generality,
And the truth is secret as if kept in confidentialty,
And the evil temptations causing a raw mentality,
And actions being twisted in reasons of false morality,
So the answers to the questions, ending up artificial,
So we cancel out our wonders despite the initial,
No appreciation to the efforts and all sacrificial,
And the ideal outcome is that of something beneficial,
It's just too damn bad that all walking this earth are quite superficial!
