A song dedicated to no one in particular. I made a melody for it, and you can listen to it here: http://www.4shared.com/file/4043797/727b2a75/mic-2006-09-24_10h53m48s.html

    I am haunted.
    As the lights are dimming,
the air is full and heavy
    with your scent.
    And I canít see you,
    nor can I feel you,
    but I know youíre here/
    right beside me.

    Glowing green and white,
    the shadows dance tonight.
    I step with darkness into
    the dying light.
And you arenít letting go and,
    you are holding close the
    /the/ power in your
    hands is killing meÖ
    [I am haunted.]

    Luminescent flame;
    my ghost, my only shame,
    youíre pulling me into my
    dark designs.
    Youíre a whisper
    left on my lips
    by accident, and
    youíll never fade away.

Is it too far to come back?
    Am I dying? Turning black?
    My fingers grace your skin
but you melt into my hands.
Like fluid air, cold as ice,
I can never hold you hereÖ.

    Flying high above,
    the city lights are bright.
    Your eyes are emerald flame,
    and I surrender to you.
    Prelude to harmony,
    you breathe it into me,
    from darkness, visible, you
    shine with light unseen.
    [I am haunted.]
