    Description:
Well...this is really more of a ramble than a poem...but...whatev. I realized today...that...my boyfriend...is the only thing in my life that could push me to...my breaking point...my edge of the earth..and the brink of my sanity. And..I am so not willing to give that up. Haha..as bad as it sometimes..it's like...I feel SO MUCH for him...it might not always be good...but it's something...and I think that's where love comes from...feeling something all the time. When someone means that much...you hang on with everything you have. Maybe he'll read this..and feel the same way. I love you.

    -------------------------------------------

    Nothing matters,
    Like he matters.
    He's my breaking point,
    My edge of the earth,
    The brink of my sanity,
    My sheer happiness,
    My sorrow, my highest high,
    And my lowest low.
    The feeling behind every smile,
    Every tear and every laugh.
He is the single driving force in my life.

He's the only one that could take me there,
The place beyond all point of return,
And he's the constant source of all feeling in my life.
    The worst kind of pain,
    That he causes,
Is better than feeling nothing at all.

    Nothing matters,
    Like he matters.
    He's my breaking point,
    My edge of the earth,
    The brink of my sanity.

i like the "bookends" effect of the first five lines and last five lines....and in between...he is someone i want to capture, keep and love....
because there is nothing outside of those boundaries i would ever want more.

    nice write, Ashley,

This piece is really sweet. I am currently feeling this feeling of "He's my breaking point, My edge of the earth" with my amazing boyfriend. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to come into my life...and he "takes me there" like you said in this line "He's the only one that could take me there,/The place beyond all point of return,"
I'm glad I read this...the title is what captured my attention so great job. :)

This is interesting piece of literature to which you express with great passion the emotion of LOve and how your boyfriend is the rock in your Life.

I hope to feel the same way that is expressed in poem.

This is a Good write where you express the Love well you have for your Boyfriend
He is really lucky to have someone in his life who obviously cares for him as much as you do
I feel this same way about my Mom but of course not in the same kind of relationship
She is my Rock and without her I would be nothing
