I was having a good day.

No Darkness surrounds me,
not a red tear is shed
since I have decided that
I'd rather not be dead
Although i still can't
look in the mirror and smile
I'm sure that will change,
in just a little while.
The good thing is,
that I'm not sad all the time,
and my secret plastic friend,
has been broken into nine.
The greens are greener,
the whites whiter,
even the sun is a little bit brighter.
So what can I say, to this change
in spirit & mind?
Only that I'm slowly leaving the sad darkness,
