Description: Though this is written as a homophobic poem, I am actually not homophobic. I felt like writting out my frustration with discrimination against those who are LGBT by writting a poem with a hateful message that to often is enchountered by those who are "different". Somehow my writting this makes sense to me.
In a school were one can't yell the word "nigger," one can wear a shirt that says "AIDS: the cure for fags" and that definately does not make sense.
I guess it's ok to be "different" so long as you aren't a "fag" or "dike."

I'm the most liberal of liberal. I accept all lifestyles and/or choice people make. It isn't my life and I would be pretty ticked off if someone was to judge me for the way I live my life. If you ain't perfect ... don't expect someone else to be. That is my opinion on that.
Racism and homophobia are both things I cannot stand. It's their choice, I accept this, like I said previously. But it still bothers because they have this "Im better than you" attitude. Argh!!
The pieces itself was good. I felt it was a free flow write. Not really structured, which isn't always necessary if the message behind it is strong enough to hold on its own. Which, it was. You got your point across and I applaud you for that.
yipes now that is one hate filled poem O.o errr i didnt thing animals where capable of being gay but then someone with that much hate wouldnt be nice to animals either would they? i hate haters! and accualy i think homos are sort of funny. ouch and the reference to the bible at the end and telling them to go to hell is right on there too. by your description the hate isn't you, im glad for that, those people have no lives at all!
bravo...a person not afraid to touch upon a subject that is taboo. I understand where you are coming from. I grew up in the south and racisism was all around me and all i was taught. I however did not fall prey to those teachings and decided to look at everyone equal. although I do not approve of certain lifestyles, who am i to judge those who chose to live them. I have much respect for you for having the courage to stand up and say what so few are willing to. I applaud you with a standing ovation.
