    Melancholic songs filled my heart
Whenever i gazed into your eyes
It struck a tune of faith and hope
As i fall in love with your cries

    Your cries for freedom
    As shackles bound you
    Your cries of struggle
    As they beckon to you

I fell for the cries because of its purity
    Its honesty.
    Your bravery.
To admit that you are truly in pain.
Is as rare as those songs you sang.

    Sometimes...
They are songs of joy that stayed in my heart
    Sometimes...
Songs of heartbreak that tore me apart
I fell in love for your courage,
To face the pain and to share them with me.
    Built in a song...
    So bittersweet
It made me cry a song, too.

Wow, this is good, I liked it. There was that feeling to it that you can't really explain, but it conveyed an emotion and a picture. I really liked how almost all the words fell into place. Props. Nice write.
