    let's finger paint together,
    let's play tag, you're it!
    It'll be like we never
    got big & out grew it.

    So don't use any words
    with five letters or more
    whatever on earth
    would they be for?

    When I only has one
    and You only has three
    and Love has four,
    and that's all for me!

    I need no other words
    I need no philosophies
    Long as I got love
    and many "You and Me"s

      This is so true!! Love doesn't have to be complicated...it can be so simple when it's just two people that feel something amazing for each other. Just like the title of your poem says...it's the little things that make love what it is...like holding hands. I guess when it comes right down to it...love is all we have...love is all we need...and that's as simple as it gets. I loved this write. Great job. ~hailie~

      I enjoyed this poem very much.
    You have captured the innocence and simplicity of all love can be in your four stanzas.

    Love can be complicated and confusing sometimes,
    but, in my opinion, it is the most easily accessible emotion we have.

    The last stanza was my favorite...
    love ~is~ the best philosophy.

      You left out us/we which have only two letters. What a delightful little poem. Nothing deep or profound, just a perfect valentine poem. And like your poem says, sometimes we 'need no other philosophies/long as I got love'.
