    dotsNever Got it Rightdots
    -------------------------------------------

    I fought the tide
    I never got it right

    I died inside
The last we spoke - that night

I didn't know what to say
    Didn't know what to do

    I watched my fears
    I saw me losing you

    But I've always been lonely
It's the only thing I know
    I was scared to stay
    So I chose to go

    And I've always been lonely
It's the only thing I know
    I was scared to say
    What our feelings show

    I still remember
    your eyes; your smile

    I still remember
how we slept - for a little while

    Now here I am
    On my knees

    Begging forgiveness -
    for my travesties

    But I've always been lonely
It's the only thing I know
    I was scared to stay
    So I chose to go

    And I've always been lonely
It's the only thing I know
    I was scared to say
    What our feelings show

    I've always been lonely
    That is no excuse
    Now I've paid the price
    The cost was losing you...

It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
