    dotsIn Times of Desperationdots

They cling so hard to these stolen moments
Waiting for the drips of reailty to stop
    Interfering; they can't take it
Crushed between a rock and a hard place
And all they can think about is how
No umbrella can block the rain of truth
Soaking their souls to the bone
They want only to live in their dreams
    Their private, hidden world
    Their purest creation from madness
Caught up in their own visions
    Until the breeze-whisper of delusion
Parts the clouds of the real world
Lets the grey rain curtain pulls back
And they are lost in their imaginings

Wow, I really like this. This came out of a class assignment? Wow.

I like the imagery I get, very evocative wording.

    This is really good.
