I did everything you asked of me
Yet got nothing in return
I was your slave instead of lover
But still I didn't learn
When you claimed I was "the one"
I should have known it was a lie
I wanted it all to be true
But now that times passed by
Now looking back on everything
I'm glad we let it end
I know now that we weren't in love
Hell we weren't even friends
So now i'm pushing past this all
I'm forgetting all the fights
After all they made me stronger
So I know i'll be alright
