Coiled fronds nip lightly
sharp needles prick tightly
at mumbling edges of my world.

Hounding slugs attack
like roses circling back
at crumbling edges of my world.

Drug induced sleep
If only here to keep
at stumbling edges of my world.

Naked darkness now
No more hideous row
at bumbling edges of my world.
