    My heart's turning to stone

This is very nice writing. You got me interested but left me unfulfilled... as you realize with your "incomplete" description. I want more!

I can envision many situations that this write can describe in a persons life. So I'm left trying to fill-in the blank space which makes your short piece all the more powerful.

As I sit and think about it, maybe it is perfect just the way it is... I guess I like that feeling of having the latitude of being able to fill-in the volume of images myself.

I like short but strong, powerful image pieces like this one.

I will make it a point to read some more of your work. This was a joy to read.
