    dotsJungles of Your Heartdots

The beauty of a tropical forest that human hands have left untouched
Proud trees in leafy cloaks standing tall in the unimaginable humidity
Luminous tears run from the sun-scorched sky
And are inhaled by the parched ground and all of itís tenants
Colors that De Vinci yearned for are attached to petals
That contrast deeply with the earthy palette of the background

    Lost in an unknown tropic
Iím not Gisele, here I donít belong
I yearn for you love like De Vinci needed colors
I breathe your scent like the ground inhales rain
I stand out in this painting of lovers
But I need your love just the same

i really enjoyed the images of the tropical forest and the rain and the sun-scorched sky. this is a very visual read. i liked the line about Da Vinci yearning for the colors on the petals. i can image the depth of the colors in the rain forest are just unimaginable. very pretty write.
