    dotsStorms awaken passiondots
    -------------------------------------------

    Blades cross
    in a stormy dual,
    green and envious.
    Slashing, flashing daggers
    ride the skies
    like jousters
    besting one another.
    Leaves tear,
    throw themselves off,
    utterly detached.
    Tossing themselves in abandon.
    Rivers run.

    Trunks split apart,
    awake eyes dart.
    Hot air bumps
    and jumps of heartbeats
    raise the pressure.
    Pleasure rises
    as the temperature drops
    and the hammering begins.

    Rain beats.
    Natural rhythms
    begin a new cycle
    of frenzied passion.

I am absolutely amazed that this piece has garnered no previous comments. I feel you have done well to describe the onset of a thunder boomer. How often, as a child, did I hold a genuine wonderment for the buildup of a storm.
