    dots... Ready for this...dots
    -------------------------------------------

    Am I ready for this
A new start of a new day
    no more pain
    Or stupid guys
    long crazy nights
    throwin myself
    into careless fights

    Am I ready for this
    A change I can control
It's not only my hair and clothes
But my actions and attitude as well

    Am I ready for this
    A new set of friends
    Not at a new school
    Just my peers around me

    Am I ready for this
    Sayin good-bye to my exs
    Not caring about the rumors
or the long nights that I miss

    Am I ready for this?
    I think I am

So I'll give it a try

    And see if it fits

*applause* good for you! I totally understand your attitude!

    Though this stanza:

    Am I ready for this
    Sayin good-bye to my exs
    Not caring about the rumors
or the long nights that I miss

sounds less fluent than the rest of the poem, maybe it's the "exs" part of it. That line kind of breaks the overall rythm of the poem.
