You see me hanging with my neck in the noose
You just stand there with the knife but wonít cut me loose
Oxygen slowly depletes from inside these lungs
Itís my fault I broke one of lifeís ladder rungs
Luckily a natural order is being restored
Unfortunately at a price I canít afford
Soon all of this will come to a bittersweet end
And in due time I will be my sweetest friend

i like this one don, u did very well. i can picture every word. it is hard when a friend just stands there watching when they know youre in trouble. eventually it either makes you or breaks you though and you do find your true friends in the end. very good write :).

Be kind, take a few minutes to review the hard work of others <3
It means a lot to them, as it does to you.
