    dotsWhen Water Met Firedots
    -------------------------------------------

And the creator made the world,
    He made animals
    Plants
    Trees
    Food
    Gravity
    Air
    And humans
    But then something happened
    Lightning struck the ground
A spark lept from it and hit a tree
    The tree bursted in flames!
    And thus fire was created
But just nearby there was a river
And as the tree slowly burned to the ground,
The fire began to enter the river!
    "You are much too hot!"
    Said the water
    "You are much too cold!"
    Said the fire
"Well, why are trying to burn me?"
    Said the water
"Well, why are you trying to put me out?"
    Said the fire
As the two elements began to argue,
They realized that there was no solution
    So, the fire grew hotter!
And then the water began sway back and forth,
    Creating great rapids!
The fire continued to grow and thus
It started to stir the earth and rocks
The water continued to thrash about
Which also stirred the earth and rocks
The fire and water battled and battled
But neither side was able to vanquish the other
So the fire and water began to grow tired and weak
"You are mighty strong I must say"
    Said the water
    "As are you"
    Said the fire
"We must come to an agreement"
    Said the water
    "You are correct"
    Said the fire
So, the fire and the water from then on,
Agreed to never toucvh each other again, or else
Both sides would fight again untill the other lost
And so, the fight of water and fire has never halted
    Not even to this day

I like this poem, it is a cute little story of folk lore. I really dont have any advice. The dialouge was funny. I liked the end. The poem was simple but I like it that way. I think if you put some breaks in the poem it'd be easier to read, but thats not all that important. Good job.
