dotsDont Want To See You Crydots

every time i saw you cry
a little peice of me would die
i couldnt stand to see you upset
you came clean with your past
as i sat there and listend
    i tried not to cry
i had to be strong not for me but for you
all i wanted to do was hold you
i felt so helpless like there was nothing i could do
if only i could have made things better
i promise you everything will be alright
i understand you pain yet have no clue
i remember the first time i saw you cry
it put a tear in my eye
i leant foward to wipe away your tears
only to reveal a smile on your face
i cant stand to imagine what youve been through
    all you should know
    is im here for you

I'd hate to see anyone cry. I think everyone can relate to this poem and that is what makes it a good one. Keep writing.
