    -------------------------------------------

    You always come around
    with your bitching and crying,
    when all along
    it's just me who's dying.

    You fill my head
    with all your troubles.
    These burdens thrown on me
    have got me seeing doubles.

    You tell me your worries
    and expect me to listen.
But when it's me with the problem,
    there's something that's missin'...

    It's one bit of care
    from you in your eyes.
    To help me with this,
    you won't even try.

    So I'm through sympathizing
    and hearing your shit.
It's your turn to be ignored.
What you deserve is what you'll get.

I feel that since this piece has a flow and rhythm it would be better suited as lyrics. You've got your verses, so add a couple chorus's to this piece to tie all the loose ends together. This piece is simple and can communicate to the everyday person, like a rock song. Simplicity is a positive thing and translates well over music.
