Never give up hope for those you love. You could be the one giving them strength. So strong faces and stronger hearts.

Crawling like ivy from my throat
It makes it's way to my heart
    Leaving a darken dead trail
Its growing deep within my blood
    Taking over everything I love

    We pretend to no see
    What distruction it has caused
The bruises on my life never ceased
They were always just covered up
A hard to forget memory forgotten

    It has made itself heard
    This last year tremendously
You all see the pain now
You plaster pity to your faces
    Looking at my state hopelessly

This is what really kills me
Not the shawdow on my soul
But looks of those given up
I'll fight to live another day
You threw in my towel in long ago

From your throat... then into your heart? I don't quite understand the way you word these things, but then again all is open to all interpretations. Is it "from your throat" as in, beginning at your throat, and then all the way down to your heart?

    I've always liked ivy metaphors.
