The new "Black Plague" ?
by Mowsy Merethil
The black plague was a sickness that killed a large amount of Europe's Population, but recently a sickness now know has the "Red Sickness" has showed itself in a small town called DuQuoin. The first one to contract this sickness, Bryce Ridgeway (15) has been cut off from others to be studied. We are not sure how many others have this sickness, but the chances are that most of Bryce's friends may have the sickness as well. These friends include Heather Broski (15), Dustin Oetting(17), Dylan and Katelyn Fann(15,15), and Cameron Dean(15). None of these names have been confirmed to carry the Red Sickness.
"It's really amazing..." Bryce stated during an interview from behind sealed off glass. "I mean, regardless that I'm vomiting blood every thirty minuets It's actually kinda cool. I've always wanted to be interviewed."
Bryce tells us that he contracted the sickness at his cousin Heather's while taking pictures to upload to the popular website, Myspace[dot]com(TM)
"It was really unexpected... We had straightened my hair and taken a few pictures when my stomach started hurting. I rushed to the bathroom, thinking I would vomit my lunch, but instead I begin vomiting my life juice. It hurt."
Scientists claim that they don't know where the sickness had come from, or what effects it has other than vomiting blood. Confirmed symptoms are Bloodshot eyes, Red around the eyes, and Blood vomiting.

July 3rd, Teenager Bryce Ridgeway contracted a strange sickness titled "Red Sickness" named for red rings around the eyes and vomiting blood. The name has been changed to "Red Rage"
On July 22, Bryce Ridgeway was confirmed to have died of the Red Sickness. It was 2 hours later, he had sprung back to life during transportation. The teenager killed the ambulance drivers, who also seemed to die and come back to life. They also shared the homicidal rage as the Teenager. Before 3:00 PM, over 300 deaths had been confirmed and many were missing. The Department of defense, Homeland Security, and United States Army had quarantined the town, preparing it for Nuclear Bombing. President George W. Bush released this statement:
"My Fellow Americans, We have been cursed with a sickness that can bring the dead back to life. (A flurry of "PSHT"s came after this) The small town in Illinois has been quarantined to stop further outbreak in the United States, and it will stay this way until the town can be cleaned of this undead plague. That is all."
Posters in the towns surrounding DuQuoin state: "Maintain the Quarantine. Deadly force will be used to protect this Area."
It is authorized to stay away from the state of Illinois and DuQuoin. |
