Cold serpentine towers inhabit the sky
And the hectic twilight heart
Fears no doom that strikes
With the rise of the sandalwood titans
The heartfell knights
And the softest dreams in the grass
Caress her starlit yet disguised heartsteps
As would a phoenix flame lick the impetulant sea
At a journey to the gorge amidst the silver ends of zenith
And she takes no fright
Of the dangerous eyes on agescarred trees
And the masters of lullabies in the nests of their hearts
Most dark and vigilat roads ahead through the marshes of incantation
Some of sorrow and some monsters of gleam
Hide from the Sun in the deepest, most abysmal Rangerwood dorms as she soaks the blackness
And seeks her wisdom in hiding her shadow
When the dusk opens it's arms
To the world of starving anarchy
She finds her frontiers end
Inside the destiny's pools of a lover
A secret life, a secret world
All but a sheer utopia on small fragments
Of life against the plagueridden story of her soul
That takes her days to chaos and despair
So at last the frontiers end
Oh, dear beloved, misery infested child
At the heart of the sandalwood gorge the frontiers end
And much of what has happened is left to find it's peace
This piece is very moving, its many images are extremely vivid and unique. I think that I enjoy your pieces without the attached pictures...
I myself sometimes use pictures for inspiration, however, I think that letting people use their own imagination makes every piece more personal and special.
I definitely look forward to more writing from you.
Once more filled with your signature poetic phrasings...the first several stanzas are highly esoteric, even more so than usual... an excellent poem... bravo... bravo... bravo ...michael

It is somehow weird to see my own perspective distorted, yet the essence of it so similar. I wonder how words can awake images like that, how they change your neural connections... guess I'd have to study linguistics, nlp, memetics and hermeneutics more ;))
Ahhh, how to comment on a piece that leaves one speechless?
Signature coinages, mind-splitting imagery. However I am beginning to think you may be right in rewriting your stuff because of repetition and unoriginality. Give stories a shot though, I wonder what happened to your 'Hell's Angels'...
