Acid Rain

A million drops of acid rain I hold within my hand to cast upon this desert soul to boil the bitter sand. Polaroids of smiling ghosts fade yellow in my mind decaying in the winter glare of lonliness enshrined. As the tortured loves the torturer by a twisted joke of fate so I hug my darkest thoughts and wreath inside my hate. Desperate nights in gothic halls I tread with hardened face steel boots clang and crush all hope of love without a trace. My footprints lie beneath the snow stopped just near a wall the simple sign reads solitude at last this is my call. By freezing river a bag of bones the ice it burns my skin dark angels still this heartbeat let go immortal sin.
