    I left a place no longer mine
    to find a thing I never knew.
    At times the truth is just a line.

    Tired of a life now begnin
    I yearned for a brighter hue.
    I left a place no longer mine.

    I traveled to my place of fine
    and saw a shade of hopeful new.
    At times the truth is just a line.

    The road led me to a sign,
    a truth revealed to a small few.
    I left a place no longer mine.

    Finally, it came to me at nine,
    I realized as if on cue.
    At times the truth is just a line.

    The space I need is now entwin'd
    with the gentle kiss of you.
    I left a place no longer mine,
