Raining down an uncanny frown of yesteryear’s wishes, I fill the time with verse and rhyme and shower all with kisses. Still everything seems to ring of altering disguise, As I lay amidst the day when I open my blind eyes. Forgetful naught that we taught the youth to dream away, I stave off the incessant cough of unhealthy foray. As I breed and sometimes bleed from the fallen skies, ‘Tis the past that I lack as I open these blind eyes. -jonathon shank |
i really like this i do..the only i'd have to say i didn't is when you say: ai i breed and sometimes bleed... it's good but didn't quite seem to flow with the rest of it because it was so blunt unlike the rest of it...but other than that it was very well written| Posted on 2007-09-10 00:00:00 | by taintedsmiles | [ Reply to This ] | |
