Study Hall

The sound of a book, dropped to the floor. A sound so common, we all heard before. The sound of scratching pencils on paper. The faint whispers and passing of notes we all savour. The unforgetable look of a teacher's stare towards those who misbehave or sit fixing their hair. Towards those who are artists and draw in their books trying to ignore the teacher's disappointed looks. But when the bell rings then starts the chatter. The pushing of chairs, the noise and the clatter.

I liked this because it was original... not many but the brat pack might right poetry about study hall. Keep doing your own thing, that makes you shine. Swanne

I can relate I seen and heard to much of this in my study halls to but what I really don't like is that when the teachers stare at you or other people cause they always think that everbody in the room a trouble maker expecially in the office in the middle school. Give's me the shivers.

hahahah hahahahahahah hahahahahahahaahhaha it is just a memoir of the events that went through... it is nice a total recollection my own class days.. oops i dont study anymore.. umm it was neat.. pretty neat.. sud have had more to wite,... wat a peice.. i am really enjoying ur works .. hope i satisfied ur request for going thro some of ur works.. heheh n bye

Study Hall??????? We don't have study hall at my school...I don't think. God I better check up on that. It reminded me of my primary school. Especially the really annoying Friday afternoons.

i liked it and its rhyme scheme. but to me it was kind of fake, just because in my school when students have study hall, they get to leave, so hardly anyone's ever in class. but cool write overall.
