Razor-sharp
rose petals,
broken shards of
butterfly wings
fall to the ground,
an open grave
looms in the distance,
is it for me?

Short and sweet. Definitely your style. I like the imagery but I don't like the extent you had to go to write it. But hey, can't say I haven't found myself in similar spots. I really liked this piece.
