That is a horrible form of silence. I feel the same way. Some people are "crying inside," "laughing inside," or "dying inside," but screaming is definitely the worst. It's like torture, and you've said it perfectly. Good stuff. -nikkki

I feel like this frequently. Sometimes something bothers me and inside myself I'm raging about it, but on the outside I'm quiet, seemingly composed. . . really just smoldering my anger.
